If you find yourself in a fog, try meditation or prayer. Settle into a comfortable position, close your eyes and just breathe. It’s okay if your mind wanders some, though do try to redirect it when you realize you’ve strayed. Allowing yourself to simply exist will help relieve some of your stresses and aid you in thinking more clearly. Mindful meditation or sincere silent prayer can fill your soul with serenity.
